Alternative Demise

Our raid times are Saturday and Sunday, 11am-2pm server.  I will need everyone to pick up some slack when it comes to herbs.  I will expect everyone to dedicate 3 of their plots at Sunsong Ranch to herbs every day. Toss them in their appropriate tabs in the guild bank and I will make potions and flasks.  I will be placing the potions and flasks in stacks in the guild bank and giving raiders withdrawal priveleges.  I expect everyone to take out a stack of 20 pots and 3 flasks every day BEFORE raid starts so we can raid instead of handing crap out. 

Now onto attendance: missing a day without giving me at least 24 hours notice and you will not be able to roll the next time you attend raid.  If you are late to raid without warning, you will lose 2 points per every minute late off of your next roll.
